Ticket Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be received in writing. Email info@twinlestardance.com.

  • At least 90 days before event date - Full Refund

  • Less than 90 days before event date - NO REFUNDS

In the event of rain or other weather events: We will do our best to delay the parade and we will perform in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather the parade will be cancelled. If we are forced to cancel due to the weather there are no refunds.

Non-ticket product refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your non-ticket items for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Tickets may not be returned within 90 days of the event.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email "info@twinklestardance.com" with your name, email address from your order and order number if you have it. 
  2. Let us know which products you want to return or exchange and we will create a Return Authorization
  3. Be sure to abide by the rules above or we won't be able to refund or exchange.
  4. Purchase your own shipping label that you will receive by email and be sure to include your Return Authorization number on the package.
  5. Send all items back to us.

Additional Information:

  • We'll process your exchanges and refunds immediately upon receiving the product back in out warehouse. We'll ship your exchange product immediately upon receiving the original goods. It will take 7-10 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
